How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store), not by us. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iOS, or Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions on Android. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. We delete your profile, catch logs, photos, and consent records within 30 days. Deletion does not cancel your store-side subscription — do that separately via the platform store. You can also request deletion via our account-deletion page.

How do I export my data?

In Settings → Account → Export my data, the app produces a JSON archive with every catch, every saved spot, your consent history, and your profile fields. The download arrives via email within 24 hours.

The score for my favourite spot looks wrong

Tap the spot in the app, then "Why this score" — that panel shows the data signals contributing to the current number. If a signal is temporarily unavailable, the score reflects only what's online. Email support@fishradar.ai with the date, GPS coordinates, and a screenshot if the discrepancy persists.

Are the regulations / bag limits binding?

No. Our regulations data is informational only and may be out of date. Always verify with the local fisheries authority before fishing. See the full regulations disclaimer.

I lost my Pro / Captain entitlement

Open Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases. If that fails, email support@fishradar.ai with the email tied to your App Store / Play Store account and the receipt — we'll re-link the entitlement within a business day.
